To help me find out about you, please provide me with as much information about you, your current lifestyle and your fitness ambitions, by telling me about Your Mission.

I will use your initial feedback to define your campaign, so please be open and truthful when responding to each of the questions.
 

YOUR MISSION

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY READINESS QUESTIONNAIRE

At least 24 hours prior to attending your first session with me, you are required to also complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (or PAR-Q for short) available via the link below. If you are between the ages of 15 and 69, the PAR-Q will tell you if you should check with your doctor before you start. If you are over 69 years of age, and you are not used to being very active, check with your doctor first.

Personal Training

6 x 1:1 Personal Training Sessions (over a minimum of 6-weeks)

You've got to make it count, no going through the motions here, that's why our time together will be spent mainly lifting weights - before you say "I don't want to get big!" - don't worry, you won't. What you will become is stronger, firmer to touch and mentally tougher - helping to create the best version of yourself.

Whatever your level, new to the gym or maybe you've reached a plateau in your training, I can help you to make your work-outs more effective, uplifting and fun!

  • A tailored program to achieve YOUR MISSION
  • You'll learn the correct form and how to lift properly
  • You'll be pushed to your ability
  • We review results so you are always progressing
  • You'll be stronger!

  • Get in touch with Sarah via email or phone
  • 24 hours' notice required
  • Minimum of 6 sessions over 6-weeks (£75 per 1 hour session)
  • Payment upfront before each session, or block booking if you prefer
  • All clients must complete YOUR MISSION and PAR-Q, 24 hours prior to work-out
  • All clients must have fun and enjoy it
